Strength, mobility and nutrition coaching for people who feel like a bag of shit and are ready to do something about it. No fluff. No six-week transformation promises. No turning the gym into your whole personality. Just a system that actually works, built around your actual life.

02The coach

I was you,
not that long ago.

I spent most of my 20s drinking, moshing, gaming, reading. Sedentary, analytical, and too smart to fall for the easy answers — but not finding the right ones either.

At 27 I got angry enough to fix it properly. Got qualified. Fixed my own genuinely cooked back. Became a competitive powerlifter. Figured out why the fitness industry keeps failing people like us — because it was never built for people like us.

Psychology degree. 11 years coaching and teaching. I know how the body works and I know why people stop. It's almost never discipline. It's almost always the wrong system.

I'm a DM, a competitive powerlifter, and someone who refuses to make fitness his whole personality — despite working in gyms for over five years. I built this for people like me. Like you.

02bHow it works

Twice a week.
45 minutes. Five movements. That's it.

Everything in Strong Nerd Coaching is built on three pillars. If you've ever played an RPG you already understand them.

STR

Strength

Progressive resistance training, two to three times a week. Five movement patterns — push, pull, hinge, legs, core. Done consistently with a plan, this is the engine that changes everything.

DEX

Dexterity

Mobility work that undoes years of sitting at a desk. Your back, your hips, your shoulders — the stuff that hurts and has been getting worse quietly for a decade. Fixable. Ten minutes before every session.

CON

Constitution

Sleep, recovery, nutrition. The stuff that happens outside the gym that determines whether any of the gym work actually lands. Minimum seven hours. Protein at every meal. Work with your cravings, not against them.

This is not complicated. It's been made to seem complicated by an industry that profits from your confusion.

People with desk jobs, bad backs, and no time.
Here's what actually happened.

These are not athletes. These are not people with perfect circumstances. These are people who had the right system and someone in their corner.

04The Free Stuff

Stuck before you start?
Reset your character.

Most fitness content is made by people who've never been you. This was written by someone who was.

Most people who find this page have tried before. A program that didn't fit. A coach who didn't get it. Six weeks of effort that quietly fell apart.

The StrongNerd Respec is 14 days of the mental work that actually changes things — delivered to your inbox, completely free. No workout plans. No filming yourself. No before photos.

Just the mindset shift that makes everything else finally stick, written by a nerd who's been exactly where you are.

One email a day. Fourteen days. Free forever.

No spam. Unsubscribe whenever. But most people don't want to.
